Fees
The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended fee for a 50-minute appointment with a clinical psychologist is currently set at $311. This fee is reviewed and adjusted annually on July 1st.
Clinicians can vary from this recommendation at their discretion and the standard (pay-on-the-day) fee at my practice is currently set at $275.
For those interested in engaging in twice weekly psychoanalytic psychotherapy fees may be adjusted further to discussion.
Private Health Cover
Private health insurance rebates are available. As rebates vary from fund to fund and depend on the level of cover for clinical psychology services, clients are encouraged to check with their insurer prior to their first appointment.
